The acclaimed designer ANNE BOWEN will be debuting the new FALL 2010 Bridal Collection entitled “Arctic Tsarina” at DIVINE DESIGN BRIDAL BOUTIQUE. Known for her stylized evening wear and red carpet sensibility, this collection is ready to wear influenced for the modern bride. The collection features shimmering liquid, subtle chiffons, slinky, textured silks, and moonstone crystals on tulle to create a luminescence and translucence. “Arctic Tsarina” takes its inspiration from glaciers, the Arctic tundra, the romantic film Dr. Zhivago, and Russian nobility.
