We understand that during the planning process it can sometimes be overwhelming, especially with the variety of options that are available to you. In partnering with Hitched, we are able to assist you in focusing your vision to create a wedding that is a true representation of you. If you’re seeking a full Bridal Consultant or just a Wedding Day Coordinator, working with Hitched will allow you to enjoy the planning process and truly have an incredible stress free wedding day.
Added Feature
Each package includes a personal web-based planning and communication tool that allows you to work directly with your Hitched consultant online. Our wedding planning tool stores all of your question and our recommendations, planning records, contracts, floor-plans and photos in one place that you have access to 24 hours a day. Our out of town clients tell us that our tool makes them feel like they are right in Portland with us. We even have an app for that!
Bridal Consultant Package
Services prior to your wedding day:
- Four (4) face-to-face wedding planning meetings which are individualized to each of our clients needs. Some examples of what is discussed in these meetings are all your ideas for decor & design, wedding day time-line, vendor recommendations and responsibilities, budget development or assist in helping you select your wedding gown.
- Provide a budget for selecting vendors and wedding details.
- Assist with venue selection. We will help you find the perfect venue based on your style and budget.
- Provide a wedding checklist based on your time-line.
- Provide professional vendor referrals and schedule appointments on your behalf.
- Attend final contracted vendor planning meetings.
- One (1) reception venue walk through meeting which is scheduled closer to your wedding date, where we will review start to finish the events that will occur during your wedding day.
- Assist with creating and selecting paper details, such as “Save-the-Dates,” menu cards, programs & invitations.
- Assist with negotiating hotel group room blocks for you and your guests.
- Assist with coordinating and contracting transportation for you and your guests.
- Assist with menu selection and catering needs.
- Create a comprehensive event time-line for vendors and wedding party.
- Unlimited recommendations and or suggestions via our online wedding planning tool.
- Confirm contracts and scheduling with all vendors.
- Coordinate your wedding rehearsal based on venue selected.
Services on your wedding day:
- Oversee all vendor activities and ensure they fulfill contracted obligations.
- Coordinate your wedding ceremony based on venue selected.
- Manage and coordinate event time-line.
- Provide additional wedding coordinator assistants if needed.
- Handle any required challenges that may occur.
- Ensure you and your guests receive the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Manage rental returns.

- The number of months in advance that services are secured
Day of Coordinator Package

Wedding Mentor À la carte
This package is designed for the client who needs our assistance in recommending vendors that are reliable and meet your budget and style. Hitched will make appointments with vendors on your behalf and keep you on track with your wedding time-line. It is recommended that the Wedding Mentor Package is paired with our Day of Coordinator Package.
Service includes:
- Analysis of wedding budget.
- Recommendation of three (3) vendors per category (i.e. photographer, caterer).
- Hitched will make initial appointments on behalf of client.
- (1) One face-to-face vendor review meeting to help you select the perfect vendor.
Wedding Styling & Design
Some clients find us after they have selected their venue and hired many of their wedding vendors but need Hitched to help them style and design the decor of their event. This creative process begins with our clients expressing their ideas for the event decor and design. Hitched will review these ideas compared to the venue our clients will hold their event in, and then create design inspiration boards. We will work with our professional design team to create our design proposal for our clients. Our Event Styling and Design Package will be paired with our Day of Coordinator Package.
Hourly Rate
Hitched Weddings & Events may be retained as your event consultant at an hourly rate providing services which include but not limited to, phone calls, face to face meetings and vendor appointments. Our time will be kept track in fifteen (15) minute increments. Any additional costs incurred to execute your event, such as postage and purchases will be reimbursable to Hitched Weddings & Events.
